Stunning Victorian 15ct Gold Green Enamel, Diamond & Pearl Double Heart Brooch c1885 A stunning Victorian 15ct Gold Green Guilloche Enamel, Diamond & Pearl Entwined Hearts Brooch, which dates to c1885 (please see close up photographs, which form an integral part of this description). This wonderful Antique Brooch, which weighs 8.33 grams, has been beautifully crafted in fine Gold (tests as approximately 15ct), as two Entwined Hearts; each centrally set with an old-cut Diamond within a fabulous Gold Heart decorated with Green Guilloche Enamel within a border of fine Seed Pearls - all set below a Ribbon & Bow Surmount again set with Seed Pearls to create a Victorian Romantic Brooch that is quite simply sublime. Typical of the period this finest quality Entwined Hearts Brooch, which measures approx' 26.0mm by approx' 26.0mm, is unmarked but it is guaranteed to be made from solid Gold as described. O verall the Brooch is in excellent condition with only very light wear, as shown, appropriate to age; the Enamel has no chips or noticeable scratches and it appears to have all of it's original Pearls, which show wear, as shown, commensurate with age. It comes complete & ready to wear with what appears to be it's original hinge, pin & 'C' Clasp with an additional hinged support for the pin having been historically fitted by a Goldsmith as shown. In summary, this is a Victorian 15ct Gold Green Guilloche Enamel, Diamond & Pearl Entwined Hearts Brooch, which dates to c1885 - it is quite simply sublime.
