We are open Monday to Friday 8AM - 6PM
Dispatch
We try to keep items in stock at all times. We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of cleared payment being received but please allow up to 7 working days for delivery.
We only dispatch orders Monday to Friday.
Larger items sent via courier need to be booked so expect delivery within 7 days
Orders can also be collected VIA PRIOR ARRANGEMENT ONLY
Postage and Packaging
We try to keep postage costs down as much as possible and are kept to the minimum. However, we have to pass on a small charge towards the packaging costs of sending the product.
All parcels are sent via MY HERMES, you should allow 3-5 working days for goods to arrive.
Maximum postage charged is £6.99 for up to 30kg. This applies to the UK mainland only and excludes Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands& Islands, Channel Islands, other off shore islands, Isle of Wight and Isle of Man, a surcharge is applicable to these areas. Please contact us for these postage costs.
Combined Postage
We offer a discount on combined purchases.
Payment
Payment is due within 7 days of purchase.
Return Policy
Please email with any problems within 7 days of auction ending and we can arrange a refund or exchange. Goods must be returned within 14 days of auction ending and this is the responsibility of the buyer. Postage will not be refunded and if you are exchanging goods the buyer is responsible for the extra postage for the replacement item.
Problems with Delivery

If your parcel has not arrived after 15 working days from the date of dispatch please feel free to contact us. We always obtain proof of postage for this purpose and because of this WE ACCEPT NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ITEMS LOST OR STOLEN IN THE POST but will assist you with a claim.
Please note the Post Office will not follow up a lost item complaint until 15 working days have passed.
All items sent via courier require a signature on delivery and use tracking numbers so are easily traced.
Undelivered Parcel
If a parcel is returned to us undelivered due to failure to collect or to re-arrange delivery with either the post office or courier, a re-delivery charge is payable to us before we will resend your package.
Damaged Goods
Although this is very rare and we package orders to prevent damage, if you do receive any damaged goods please email us as soon as possible so we can assist you with a claim against my hermes or the courier. No refunds will be issued until a claim has been actioned.
