I've not received my item, it was despatched Royal Mail 2nd Class, what do I do now? If your item was despatched with Royal Mail standard parcels, this is an untracked service. If 7 days have elapsed, check with your local sorting office, they may have your item. If the item is not at the sorting office, the item will be returned to us - this can take up to 15 days after notification to us. We cannot replace or refund any item unless these timescales have passed.

Packing All items are shipped in manufacturer supplied packaging. Delicate or fragile items are packed separately and sent through a trackable service. Customers can request extra-packaging to be used for their purchase (please check at time of purchase) for a small fee.
