UK Postage & Delivery  The large majority of our Items will usually be put through our Royal Mail account 2nd Class, Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery, For any larger bulky items we may use myhermes from time to time. Please note orders placed on a Friday will usually not be processed until the following Monday except in peak times. A ny lost items, we will report directly to Royal Mail after 10 working days from the dispatch date, providing them with the delivery address which we will ask you to confirm first.

Royal Mail will then contact you directly, you must return and sign the simple declaration form in a pre paid envelope which they will provide, once they have confirmed this has been received we will then issue a full refund.

We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase if returned in the same condition it was originally received unused and unopened packaging. Buyer is responsible for costs of return postage. We will only pay return postage if the item is defective. Due to hygiene we are unable to accept returns on any used cosmetics
