Shipping

We are customers too and understand you want or need your items yesterday! Hence we pride ourselves in shipping most all orders within 24 hours! If your order can't get out within the first business day of your purchased date, we will contact you and give you an update.

Most of our listings will have a set "Standard or Economic Shipping". However, we are always looking at our customers best interest and try to upgrade shipping at no extra cost whenever possible. This means you will get your package faster than listed or expected.

Southern California Customers: we do offer local will-call! Please contact us if you wish to save on shipping and will-call at our warehouse. If your orders are over $300.00 and your business is within a 50 mile radius from our warehouse we can gladly deliver for FREE!!

What else do we offer?

Most of our listed items show low quantities of 5 or 10 units, however, we may actually have 100's of that item available for purchase. We only list low quantities to comply with eBay's guidelines.

Returns & Refunds

We will gladly cover the shipping costs for any defective or items shipped in error. These items must be returned within 14 days of date received for full credit or replacement. Defective merchandise may only be exchanged for an identical item. If an identical item is unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute an item of equal or greater value at our discretion. You must inspect your package immediately upon receipt and notify us for any shortages (did not receive all the items listed on the packing slip that show as shipped), damages or defects. If you order has not been shipped yet, you may cancel your purchase for a full refund. To cancel an order, please call our customer service department immediately. Once an item or an order has been shipped it cannot be canceled as we do not control the shipping carriers. You will have to process a general return which will incur restocking fees, additional return shipping charges plus the original shipping charges can also not be refunded. To cancel an order or return a product, you must call our Customer Service at 1-888-314-5179.

You are responsible for all return shipping costs on non-defective items, you may be charged shipping plus a re-stocking fee up to 25% (will be deducted from refund).
