STRATOCASTER SSS Scratch Plate in 18 Colours – designed to fit Mexican & USA Stratocasters 11 screw hole configuration.

In 18 colours;

Dark Brown Tortoiseshell, Brown T ortoiseshell,  Red/Black Tortoiseshell , Vintage Cream, Mint Green ,  White Pearl,  Aged Pearl,  White WBW,  Parchment, Mint Green Pearl, Green Pearl, Dark Blue Pearl, Purple Pearl, Red Pearl, Gold Pearl,  Black BWB, Dark Grey Pearl, Black Single Ply & White WBW.

The second main close-up photo compares the Dark Brown Tortoiseshell (left), Brown Tortoiseshell (middle) & the Red/Black Tortoiseshell (right) to illustrate the differences. 

The Dark Brown Tortoiseshell and the Brown Tortoiseshell have cream patches in the pattern. Whereas the Red/Black Tortoiseshell in a finer pattern texture with no Cream patches. 

Points to consider when choosing a Tortoiseshell plate; generally if the your guitar body is light in colour e.g Olympic White then a darker Tortoiseshell works well. Conversely a Black Body works well with the Brown Tortoiseshell. Please also consider the colour of the neck; Rosewood fret boards work well with the darker Torts unless it is a 'reddy' Rosewood then the Brown Tortoiseshell maybe more suitable. Maple necks go well with the darker Torts but is all down to your personal taste :-)

All plates are 3 ply construction. Larger Vol & Tone Pot shaft holes to take CTS pots and full electrical shielding around the pot holes, switch area and pick ups.

Please use the 'Drop down' selector to indicate your preferred colour.

NB If you are unsure of the fit on your guitar we can send you a paper template to try against your guitar first .  

When fitting ANY after-market Scratch plate you may need to make some small adjustments, filing and positioning to get the best fit on your guitar.

May also fit most import Stratocaster Style guitars, including Fender Squiers. Some drilling of one or two holes maybe required on import style Stratocasters due to the many differences of hole spacing by worldwide guitar manufacturers.

The photo shows the Scratch Plates with the protective film covering in place and this should be removed after installation.
