Suggestion/ advices :  think about new patch of grease, oil change, new rear bush polyurethane or OEM rubber. No screws in the package. Buy new or take it from your e38.

No leak from the piece excepted breather valve ( normal ! ) . Oil inside is old but good yellow colour.  Available : photos of before and after paint.
