Designed and made exclusively by Country Rustics. This is the wooden roof version of our most popular item of which we have sold over 1000. 

DESCRIPTION

• This delightful  house is handcrafted in our workshop in Swettenham, Cheshire.
• Constructed using renewable exterior plywood and tanalised pressure treated timber. This means it is  resistant to rot.
• Timber used has been carefully sourced from sustainable forests.
• This product has not been stained. Paint at home using a preservative product to suit your needs. If you would like us to stain using a  golden brown anti fungal colourant please contact us prior to purchase. Our colourant states on the label that it is safe for animals.  
• We design and  hand craft all of our own products, so if you require something made especially to suit you exact needs, please enquire using the contact information at the top of the listing. 

FEATURES

• ·          Detachable floor  allows easy cleaning. The house sits on top of the floor plate. The small blocks prevent it from being pushed off when in use. If you were to pick up the house. The floor would remain behind as it is not attached in anyway. Should you wish to attach it, simply use some screws and screw through the underside of the floor base into the house front and back.  (Screws not provided).

• ·         Wooden Roof constructed using barrel board. This wood has an overlapping tongue and lip profile.

• The total length is 40cm. 
• The width is 42cm.
• The height from the floor to the point of the apex roof is 31cm.
• Door opening 22cm wide approx at widest point
• Door height 12cm high at centre (semi circular opening)

* Unless you advise us otherwise we shall inform the delivery company to leave the item in a safe place  if you are out when delivery is made. Country Rustics accepts no responsibility for lost/stolen items. If you would prefer to sign for the item. Please let us know at the time of order and we shall inform the delivery company. However, if you are out at the time when delivery is made and a charge is issued to us by the delivery company this charge will be passed onto you. (The delivery company will attempt delivery twice before charging).

*We are happy to post to Northern Ireland/Scottish Highlands? Scottish Islands/Isle of Man or any of the other islands that surround the UK, but there is an additional delivery charge. Please enquire before purchasing.

* Please ensure that the postal address you provide us with is correct.

RETURNS

* We accept returns providing the item is returned in its original condition at the buyers expense. Please inform us as soon as possible that you wish to return an item.

* No monies will be refunded until we have received the returned item.

 DAMAGES

* All items are thoroughly checked for damage prior to packaging. Therefore if your item arrives damaged the damage has occurred during the delivery process. Please recognise that we are not directly responsible for this, fortunately damage does not happen very often.

* In the event of receiving a damaged item please contact us and supply photos of the damage as soon as possible, ideally within 24 hours of receipt. We will then contact the delivery company and file a damage claim. The delivery company advise us that damage claims MUST be made within 5 working days of delivery.
