Shipping

We dispatch all items the same working day on orders placed before 3:30pm Mondays - Fridays, Quick and Free Delivery to UK mainland. We use a fulfillment company to deliver our parcels, this helps us keep the cost down giving you FREE, FAST delivery with secure packaging. Sometimes we may use third parties to complete your order if we need to, please do not order if you do not agree to this. Our feedback is important to us so please contact us before leaving any negative feedback and give us the chance to resolve any problems. We have an automatic feedback system that will leave your positive feedback when ours is received, please allow 24 hrs for the system to pick it up and leave yours.

Payment

Payment within 2 hours of purchase please or we reserve the right to cancel the order if we need to. Payment through PayPal only please, this helps to protect you and us. All credit cards accepted through PayPal.

Returns

We take pride in making sure the item gets to you safely with quick no hassle Returns Policy. Just contact us within 21 days if your item is not right or damaged, and we will arrange for a refund or exchange promptly. Change of mind returns must cover our delivery costs to you and then your costs to return the item, the item must be returned unopened in the original packaging you received it in...There is also a 20% restocking fee for change of mind returns.
