Like us, our pets come in all shapes and sizes and they do not always conform to breed type. Do not guesstimate this harness will fit your dog  - every week I'm contacted by owners who then have had the inconvenience and expense of having to return the harnesses and re-order! 

Please dig out your tape measure and take a moment to measure your pet's chest before selecting your chosen size. If your dog is a puppy, consider potential growth depending on age and breed.

If, after measuring your dog, he or she is between sizes, order the next size up. Alternatively, message me with your dog's chest measurement, breed (if known) and age and I will help you choose the appropriate size. 

Additional note/Disclaimer: This harness is not suitable for dogs who pull while walking. Under constant tension the harness will become damaged and is not covered under the manufacturing fault guarantee. In this case, always use a training harness instead.

We use Royal Mail 2nd Class delivery for free shipments. However, if you need your order sooner there are various dispatch options available at point of payment, including 1st Class (just 99p) and Royal Mail Special Delivery next day before 1pm.

If you have changed your mind about your purchase and wish to return it, please send back items, unused and in original packaging within 30 days. Upon receipt of items a refund will be issued. Buyer pays postage and packing on this occasion. 

However, if the item is, or becomes faulty at any time during the ONE MONTH  warranty period, please contact us first, before prompting a return as we often ask for just a photo upload to assess the issue rather than demand a return, unless we wish to investigate further. 

Once established, a refund or replacement will be offered, whichever you prefer. If you do decide to return you will be able to print out a pre-paid returns label. However, if a buyer wishes to use additional postage services (e.g Recorded Delivery, 1st Class, etc) they can do so at their own cost.

Occasionally we send the wrong items out (we're only human!) If this should happen, please let us know in the first instance and we will correct the error.
