• The buyer has 7 days to return the item (the buyer pays shipping fees). The equipment must be returned in its original condition and all calibration stickers and warranty void seals must be intact sorry... NO EXCEPTIONS.
• For US Buyers, we can accept PayPal and Wire Transfer
• For International buyers, we will only accept PayPal or Wire Transfer

Shipping

• Acceptable shipping methods: FedEx, UPS, and DHL. If you have a shipping account that you would like us to use, please let us know and we will do so.
• We do not insure our shipments unless you ask us too. An additional fee will apply if you choose to have an item insured.
• If we receive payment for an item by 3:30 PM EST we will most likely ship your item that day. In some cases it may take 1-2 days at most to ship, unless stated otherwise.
• Most items can ship worldwide. If you are an International Buyer, please contact us for an accurate shipping quote. Please provide your Postal Code in the message to help us provide a quicker quote.
• We always take our time packing and shipping your item to ensure you receive your item as described without any shipping damage.

• NIST Traceable Calibrations are available on all of our items. If you would like any of the items calibrated, please contact us for a calibration quote. May slow down shipping process.
