Precision drive electronics provide stable output power for applications requiring the ultimate in performance. Analog modulation with a bandwidth of 5MHz is standard. Bandwidth of up to 350MHz is an available option. Industry-standard fiber termination 2.5-mm ceramic ferrule with a flat polish at the output end. Circular, diffraction-limited, astigmatism-free, Gaussian output beams. 57 ICS remote-beam systems allow the fiber-coupled diode laser assembly and electronics to be placed away from the output collimating lens for more versatile system integration. In many applications, a collection of critically aligned optical components exists along the beam path. With the remote beam-delivery system, the source can be replaced without realigning the collimating lens, saving time and money in the field.
