Directions

Remove the protective backing sheet from the Adhesive Paster Tape. Attach the wood vinegar extract powder pack (smooth side) to the middle of the adhesive side of the adhesive plaster tape as indicated. Adhere the whole plaster tape to the affected area such as the soles of the feet or knees, leave in place for six to eight hours. Drink at least eight, 8 ounces of water each day. This will help flush out toxins from your body and replace essential fluids. Combine the Detox Patch with a healthy diet and a regular exercise to achieve maximum benefits. Simply apply the patches overnight (7-10) hours. When you wake up in the morning, you will see how well the patches have drawn out the toxins.
