Payment

PayPal is the only method of payment accepted from all buyers, you do not need a PayPal account to pay via PayPal you can use any debit or credit card and pay direct into PayPal. Sorry no other payment form is accepted

Shipping

We will ship your goods within 24 hours of receiving cleared payment monday-Friday, Purchases made on Friday thru to Sunday will be sent on Monday. We print invoices from 8am (7am from October-December) so purchases after that time will be sent 24 hours later. We use Royal Mail, The DX secure, Fed Ex, UPS, UK Mail, DPD. We will only ship to the address on the invoice unfortunatly we cannot ship to any other address. For International shipments, we use UPS, Fed Ex, DPD, if your country is not listed please ask us for a quote some countries we cannot ship to, we require a valid phone number for all international orders

Terms

After choosing Buy it Now, please pay for pay for your item with 3 days, or ebay will open a unpaid item case. We have our eBay account set up so eBay opens cases on our behalf and this will be done after 3 days. We will offer shipping discount on multiple purchases, some items already offer a discount on postage please see postage and payments tab on the listing page for rates. Please see our returns policy at the bottom of the page for any issues about returning a product. Please leave me positive feedback when you are 100% satisfied with your purchase and our service, if for any reason you feel negative feedback is necessary please contact us so we can resolve the issue before leaving negative feedback.

Returns

We will accept returns on all our products that are faulty, please initially send us a message through eBay. Then we will ask you to send the item back. So we can check it and then we will send you a brand new one absolutely free refund your postage through PayPal. PLEASE PUT EBAY USER ID IN PACKAGE ALONG WITH A NOTE. FOR UNWANTED GOODS, ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN RESELLABLE CONDITION AT THE BUYERS COST WE WILL THEN ONLY REFUND ITEM COST NOT POSTAGE PAID.
