Rechargeable the collar receiver and waterproof.   How to use the Transmitter   1. Install the battery(1*6F22/9V) in the transmitter-ensure the polarity is correct. 2. Press mode button for 3 seconds and transmitter wil be TURN ON automatically and it will go into STANDBY MODE of not operated for 20 seconds and will TURN OFF if not operated for 2 minutes. 3. Press Mode button to choice the different mode(sound,vibration and static shock) and press the Up/Down button to set level. 4. Choose the different channels up to 3 receiver . 5. In standby mode,to turn on the transmitter,hold button at least 5 seconds,will wake it up. Notes:These three modes could be combined freely,so please set those modes you don’t want at the level＂0＂. Always turn on the transmitter when you change the new bettery every time.   Prepare the Collar Receiver   How to charge the Collar Receiver. 1. Connect the charger connector to the charging jack. 2. Plug the charger into a standard outlet.(DC-5V),the red LED light in side the Collar Receiver will be flash. 3. Charge the Collar Receiver at least 5 hours for the first charge. 4. After fully charged,the red LED light will be light. 5. When charging is completed,replace the rubber cover. Notes:Low battery indicator:the Collar Receiver will keep beeping for 2 minutes unless it gets charged. Connect the transmitter with the Collar Receiver.   1. Turn on the Transmitter and choose 3 channels to encode. 2. lift the Reset part of rubber cover in the Collar Receiver. 3. To turn on the receiver,with a pen or paper clip ,press the on/off button，the Collar Receiver will beep-it is now encoded to the transmitter. 4. To turn off the receiver,with a pen or paper clip,press and hold the on/off button for 3 seconds .the red LED light it turned off. 5. After turning on the receiver ,the Receiver is in the working mode and you could encode the transmitter and the Receiver with in 20 seconds. 6. In the working mode,if you want to reencode the Receiver ,simply with a pen or paper clip,press the on/off button,there is a beep sound to indicate that it is ready to encode. Mistake prevention function To prevent your pet from the mistake operation,this system set the working time up to 10 seconds each time. Then you have to repress the operation button again to keep operation.   How to cheek the static is working   1. Use the test light LED-provided.attach the light to the metal probes-select Static mode-you can see static symbol on the sereen-press the launch button—the LED light will flash on. 2.
