Edward George Earle Lytton Bulwer-Lytton, 1st Baron Lytton PC (1803 - 1873), was an English novelist, poet, playwright, and politician. He was immensely popular with the reading public and wrote a stream of bestselling novels which earned him a considerable fortune.

CONDITION
In cloth bindings. Externally, sound but with slight bumping and wear to extremities and marks to boards, several volumes cocked. Ten hinges strained. Internally, generally firmly bound although slightly strained in places. Bright but with only the odd spot and handling marks. The occasional page unopened.
