Quand nous recevons le paiement, un colis peut être envoyé immédiatement à l'acheteur. Si vous decidez d'annuler la commande après avoir envoyé le paiement, nous ne sommes pas toujours capables de stopper le colis. Dans ce cas l'acheteur paye les frais de retour.
Avant la livraison notre transporteur peut vous contacter. C’est pourquoi il est préférable que vous indiquiez votre numéro de téléphone dans votre User Panel. Dans le cas contraire, si le numéro de téléphone n’est pas indiqué ou est incorrect, la responsabilité en cas de délais de livraison retardé ne repose plus sur nous.
Toutes réclamations liées à des dommages ou des défauts du colis livré seront admises seulement quand un client présente un rapport des dégâts, ce qui devrait être établi immédiatement après la réception de la livraison, en présence du livreur. C’est pourquoi nous vous prions de vérifier le colis en présence du transporteur et le refuser s'il y a un dommage.
Dans le cas où le client n'est pas en mesure de prouver que la pièce est endommagée (à l'aie de photos ou vidéos) une réparation ou un échange sont possibles après renvoyé la pièce et après que nos techniciens l'auront vérifié. Si le dégât est découvert après le montage nous ne couvrons pas de coût du démontage.

Délais de traitement et d’expéditionNous vendons exclusivement via Internet. Il est impossible de venir chercher le colis par vous-même.
L'expédition est effectuée dans les 2-3 jours ouvrables après la réception du paiement. Néanmoins, à cause de grand quantité de commandes, le traitement de la commande peut durer jusqu'à 10 jours ouvrables. Si vous avez besoin de la pièce rapidement, contactez-nous s'il vous plaît.
Apres l’expédition vous recevrez un numéro de suivi de votre colis pour suivre les étapes de livraison. Contactez-nous en cas de retard et nous vérifierons le problème avec le transporteur.
Si le livreur rencontre un problème lors de la livraison (le client est absent, ne répond pas au téléphone ect.) le colis peut être déposé dans un point relais, ou temporairement stocké dans un entrepôt en attente d’une nouvelle livraison.

Any complaints connected with damages or defects of the delivered parcel will be admitted only when a client presents a damage report, which should be drawn immediately after the collection of the delivery, in a courier's presence. In this case please open the package in a courier's presence and check the item. When the item is damaged please reject acceptance.
In case a client is not able to prove a fault or a damage of the silencer, (by sending us a photograph/a movie) the repair or change of the item will proceed once the product is sent back and examined by us. If a defect is detected after the item had been mounted, we do not cover the costs of its demounting and mounting again.
