• Washing tips: Hand Wash; Do not soak in the water too long; No hot water; no bleaching.
• All these dresses are flat packed for transit purpose and have some additional creases. Please give light steam iron/press of the dress once open it from the packaging and hang it for 12 hours to get rid of manufacturer dye smell and creases.
• Size order - All girls are different build even at same age. Please check measurements below before order.

We offer free Royal Mail 48 tracked services on all our goods and you can expect to receive the item within normal 2-3 working days of the order being dispatched. If  you like to get your items faster,  please choose Royal Mail 24 or Special Delivery services with an additional cost.

Items will be dispatched in 1 working day after the payment is cleared.

We only ship to the registered address on PayPal. We are UNABLE to change addresses once payment has been made.

** Return Policy 

Items must be returned within 30 days in their ORIGINAL PACKAGING and CONDITION (tag attached, unwashed, NO perfume smells or odours and unworn). Buyers pay return postage or exchange item postage.
