Please pay as soon as possible after purchasing with us as that will allow us to post your item to you as quickly as possible. 

Your order will be dispatched within 1-2 working day of receiving payment (unless stated otherwise) 

UK orders are dispatched via Royal Mail or with a courier for express deliveries. 

International Orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked if under 2KG and via a courier if over 2KG. 

In the very unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during post, then we are responsible and will issue either a full refund or replacement.

If you have any questions or queries please send us a message. 

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and receive a full refund or exchange the product.

You can return a product for up to 28 days from the date you purchased it.

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt and include this in the returned parcel.
