input impedance low noise FET Probe.
The Mathews
Engineering FETPROBE1 is an AC coupled, high impedance, RF probe intended for
industrial and laboratory use. This probe has 1X gain from 100 kHz to 1
GHz and works into the 50Ω loads commonly found on RF test & measurement
equipment. Because the probe is AC coupled, DC input impedance is greater
than 10 GΩ and AC input impedance is dominated primarily by the parasitic
capacitance of the probe tip which is about 3.5 pF.
