Shipping

If the shipping option is "other Courier" this could mean Royal Mail Second Class, Economy Courier etc - depends on the product chosen. European Shipping: We use several methods depending on value and weight, there will always be several options for you to choose from.  Heavier / bulkier items (normally 2kg or over with packaging and/or larger than 60cm on any one side) can only be shipped to mainland EU Western Europe for the advertised costs.  For other areas including islands there will be additional courier surcharges. Rest of the World Shipping: We use several methods depending on value and weight, there will always be several options for you to choose from.  Heavier / bulkier items (normally 2kg or over with packaging and/or larger than 60cm on any one side) vary in prices depending on your location.  The advertised price is the maximum you will pay.  If you are in a area that is less expensive to ship to - we will refund the difference.  We are unable to ship larger items to the Russian Federation, but you are welcome to use you own courier and we will prepare any necessary paperwork. Express / Tracked / Signed for shipping is not always available for some locations - if you have chosen this option and paid for this, it will still be shipped non-express and the difference in shipping cost will be refunded It would also be appreciated if you choose a non-tracked method for shipping, please do not message us for tracking details.  If you choose a tracked method we will always upload them to your order details.
