This flasher is designed to flash high beam headlights on vehicles with negative ground systems. (Most UK vehicles) It produces an alternating "wig-wag " effect using the vehicle's exisitng high beam headlights. If you are driving with High Beam already active, the system will interrupt the solid state and allow the headlights to flash.  Installation  time approx 30 - 60 mins
