The warranty does not cover any software problems including damage by viruses or malware or the operating system failing. In the case of any software related problems we will do our best to help you but will not be responsible for repairing the machine.
We do not take any responsibility for any damage which you have caused to the computer for example (electricity failure causing computer motherboard or power supply to burn and stop working).

Can I collect the item? Collection is only available if you pay cash on the day of collection, please call us on 0121 7739720 to arrange a time and date to collect (please note, in some cases a clear 24 hours notice required) When will I receive my laptop? Can I return my item if I'm unhappy with it? We offer a 7 day money back guarantee (starting the moment you sign for your parcel) excluding any postage costs. After 7 days your item will be repaired or replaced only.
How many scratches will my laptop have? Please take a look at the Condition Grading Section for your particular purchase.
Where are you based? We are based in Tyseley, Birmingham and you are more than welcome to visit us any time during opening hours between 10:00am till 5:00pm.

What does a Tested & Working battery mean? A Tested & Working battery is guaranteed to work for a minimum of 10 minutes upon arrival, however, in most cases batteries do last longer than this
If my laptop turns faulty and is still under warranty, can I get it repaired myself? Your warranty is with COMPUTER SPECIALIST UK only and has to be returned to us for repair. Unfortunately we cannot cover any costs for any 3rd party repair work undertaken on your item should you wish to have it repaired elsewhere.
If I need a replacement part instead of a replacement unit what do I do? We will more than happily send replacement parts to you to save having to send the unit back for repair, however we will only do so upon receipt of the faulty part. (Buyer responsible for return postage fees of faulty part under Return To Base warranty agreement.)
Will the laptop I receive have a UK Keyboard? In most cases, laptop keyboards will be UK layout unless otherwise stated. In very rare cases, we do sometimes send US keyboards or keyboards with UK overlays to cover non-UK keys
