Postage, Packaging & Delivery
Please be aware that postage and packaging charges do include packaging materials, not just the cost of the stamp. We only charge what it costs us and do not profit from postage and packaging.
We offer a range of delivery options that you can choose from to best suit you.
In all cases all tracking information will be entered into paypal on the day of despatch to enable you to follow your order progress on line. Paypal will normally send you an email to your regisered paypal email address to update you
Deliveries Via Royal Mail
1st or 2nd Class Recorded Post
Royal mail suggest that 95% of 1st class mail will arrive on the next working day however the service can take up to 10 working days
Royal mail suggest that the majority of 2nd class deliveries will arrive within 3 working days however the service can take up to 10 working days
Royal mail signed for service is not a fully trackable service. And we are unable to process any claims or establish where a procuct is until after the 10 working days has passed. Please be aware Royal mail will hold an item for 7 working days after a delivery attempt is made after which it will be returned to us.
We normally post out via royal mail on Monday's, Wednesdays and Fridays.
Deliveries Via MyHermes
Delivery times with MyHermes are quoted as being typically 3 working days. This service is fully trackable on line. Although in outlying areas such as Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man and Isle of White may take longer. We are only able to query deliveries 7 working days after they have left us
Orders placed by 1pm will normally leave us on that day Monday - Friday
Deliveries via 24 Hour Courier
We use Interlink Express as our Courier
We will enter your email address as provided to us by paypal into their system. They will then send you an email on the morning of the delivery giving you a 1 hour timed delivery slot, if this is not convenient you can respond and arrange an alternative day
Deliveries are on a next day basis, if you order from us by 1pm you will normally receive your item the next working day.
Our carriage costs for this service are quoted for Mainland UK only

Please note. In all cases It is the Buyers responsiblity to ensure that parcels can be received. If no one is in to sign for the parcel, it may be left with a neighbour and / or the driver will leave a card advising you on how to obtain your parcel. You Must Follow The Instructions On The Card. If no action is taken the parcel will be returned to us. This will result in further delivery charges before the parcel can be re-sent, any refund requests will be processed with postage costs deducted
Whilst we make every effort to ensure your parcels reach you in time for required delivery dates we cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond our control and no refunds will be made for 'late' deliveries.

RETURNS POLICY
If you receive an item from us and decide you no longer need it, it can be returned to us within 14 days. All returns must be in exactly the condition they were sent ie. sealed in unopened package, clean, unused and free from smoke, pet or cooking smells. Would you be happy to recieve the item if we sent it out to you?
On reciept of return and confirmation of condition we will issue a refund for the item and for the postage charge we charged you.
You are responsible for the postage costs back to us.
Whilst the distance selling regulations allow us up to 28 days to issue this refund we will normally process all returns within a couple of days of reciept.
Faulty items
If you recieve an item that is felt to be faulty we may ask for photographic evidence, in some cases we may ask for an item to be returneed to us, either for repair, or replacment or for refund. Items that are felt to be faulty may well be subject to a manufacturers inspection in such cases their word is final.
In the case of an item being returned to us and being confirmed as faulty we will either repair, replace or refund the item, in the case of a repair or a replacement item we will return items to you at our expense and cover the costs of any replacement parts. In the case of a refund we will issue you with an item refund, a postage refund and where an item has been returned to us we will pay the return postage up to the cost of what we charged you to send it to you in the original instance.
Where an item is returned to us and is found to have become faulty or defective through fair wear and tear, accidental or wilfull misuse we will ask you what you would like us to do with your item, where it is repairable we will offer you a quotation for any repair work and parts that are required. In these cases we will not issue a refund nor will we be liable for any return postage costs and you will be responsible for the cost of their carriage back from us to you.
A little bit of common sense prevents a lot of upset, Air tyres can get punctures, Toddlers who kick rain covers will split them, and if it doesn't move easily there is generally a button that needs to be pushed.
